Lord Jesus, thank you for giving us a Spirit of power and not a Spirit of fear. Lord, as I face each day, I pray that you help me remember to lean into you when I am feeling scared and tossed into the fire. Lord, help me remember to talk to you, and even more, help me to be still enough and self-disciplined enough to hear from you. We know you are present in all things, so God I pray that as I face the storm, you would help me face my fears boldly and with your power. I know I can do all things with Christ who gives me strength, so God I pray for your Spirit of power and love to take over as I face my storms.
